Divorce is one of the most destabilizing experiences a person can face.
You may be trying to protect your children, your financial future, and your dignity — all at once.

You want resolution.
But you cannot afford vulnerability.

That balance requires strategy — and direct, experienced guidance.

A Different Kind of Representation

I have practiced as a family law attorney in New Jersey for more than 27 years. Since 2012, I have worked as a solopreneur.

When you hire my firm, you work directly with me — not a junior associate, not a rotating team of attorneys, and not a case manager who has never stood in court.

Your strategy, your negotiations, and your court appearances are cared for directly by me from beginning to end.

In larger firms, clients are often shuffled between attorneys. Important details get diluted. Strategy becomes fragmented.

That does not happen with me.

Consistency matters in divorce.
So does accountability.

Prepared for Resolution — Ready for Litigation

My approach is simple:

Resolve matters intelligently whenever possible —
but prepare every case as if it may require litigation.

As a trained mediator listed on the New Jersey Court’s Economic Mediators Roster, I understand how cases are resolved outside the courtroom. I regularly serve as a panelist for the Early Settlement Panel in Mercer County, evaluating complex financial divorce matters before trial.

I have seen what works.
I have also seen what fails.

That perspective allows me to:

  • Anticipate opposing strategies
  • Identify realistic settlement parameters
  • Protect clients from avoidable financial mistakes
  • Recognize when litigation becomes necessary

Preparation creates leverage.
Leverage creates options.
Options create better outcomes.

Experience That Provides Insight

My legal career began with a judicial clerkship from 1996–1997, where I gained first-hand insight into how judges evaluate cases. My mediation skills began then as well.

I later served for six years as a Trustee of the Mercer County Bar Association and have been a long-standing Co-Chair of its Family Law Committee.

These leadership roles provided valuable experience working closely with attorneys and judges throughout the region — experience that directly informs how I advise my clients.

Who I Represent

I work with professionals, business owners, and parents who:

  • Want to protect their custody position
  • Need clarity regarding alimony or asset division
  • Value thoughtful, strategic decision-making
  • Prefer structure over emotional reaction

If you are looking for unnecessary litigation, I am not the right attorney.

If you are looking for steady guidance, clear analysis, and personal accountability throughout your case, I can help.

Replacing Chaos With Structure

Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed.

My role is to replace uncertainty with clarity — and emotion with strategy.

Divorce will always be personal.
Your legal decisions should not be reactive.

If you are ready to approach this thoughtfully and protect what matters most, schedule a confidential consultation.
