3.2 SMS Opt-In Consent

Express Consent — Please Read By submitting your name, phone number, or other contact information through our website intake form, contact form, or online scheduling tool, you expressly consent to receive text messages from The Jinks Law Firm, LLC, including automated SMS messages sent from (609) 853-5706 via GoHighLevel, our client communication platform. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of retaining legal services. You may opt out at any time. See Section 3.4 below.

Opting Out of Text Messages
To stop receiving automated text messages from (609) 853-5706:

→ Reply STOP or contact our office directly.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START or contacting our office.
